Ingredients

2 parts Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.2 or No.4)

1 part Orange Liqueur (We love Fortunella Golden Orange Liqueur)

1 part Fresh lemon juice

¾ part Sugar syrup

An egg white

Lemon twist to garnish

Double shake and double strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
