Seville Orange (bitter)

Seville Orange (bitter)No. 26

Oranges are thought to have originated in Asia, made popular like many things by the Romans from the 1st century BC. Bitter oranges are grown in Seville, Spain, and are of course famous for their use in that wonderful British institution: marmalade. The question is - are you a thin cut or thick cut person? Enjoyed by our fellow bear Paddington, they bring a vibrant and delicious note to our gin.
